Celebrations and parties are events almost everyone loves! But if you are the one in charge of all the preparations, cooking, and clean up, it can sure dampen the fun. Spending the whole time in the kitchen, worrying about whether there’s enough food or tableware, hoping the spring mud doesn’t get all over the carpet! These occupy our time and thoughts and can take the joy out of the celebration.
There’s a solution!
“We will never have another party at home. We will use Jake’s for all our special occasions. All we had to do is invite friends and family, pick a menu, do a little decorating and Jake’s did the rest.”
This quote is from a happy family who recently held a 50th birthday party in Jake’s Hole in the Wall private room. “It’s a 40 seat private room free of charge, just pay for the drinks and food,” says Jodie Fiala, co-owner of Jake’s. “The Hole in the Wall has been used for meetings, birthdays, anniversaries, weddings, baby and wedding showers, first communions, graduations, and baptisms.”
What a convenience to not have to worry about spending the day in the kitchen or having to clean up afterwards. “We take care of all the details!”
Jake’s always serves good food and the atmosphere is friendly. “We can provide food off the menu or do buffet style where food would be chosen ahead of time. And we can even make a special cake if requested,” says Jodie. “Again, we had a 1st birthday party yesterday (3-16-14), and they said how easy and stress free it was to have their party here at Jake’s.”
Everyone wants to enjoy family celebrations and spend their time visiting with the people, not with the dishes! You are welcome to bring your own decorations and add your special touch to the event, but then you can sit back and let Jake’s do the rest.
Now is the time to start your planning for those spring and summer parties!
Be sure to call Jake’s and schedule the dates so they can prepare for your group, discuss any details, and let you enjoy the fun!
