SUMMARY:Families Understanding Addiction
DESCRIPTION:Townhall II is holding a free educational program on the addiction and recovery process for family members. The program is for any adult who has a loved one facing addiction or living in recovery. It will be held in on Saturday\, August 11th from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. with lunch provided. \nTopics include the addiction cycle\, family conflict and stress recognition\, stages of recovery\, and the role of the family in the recovery process. The Mental Health & Recovery Board of Portage County is funding the program. It will be held at the Townhall II Orchard Plaza office located 2633 OH 59 in Ravenna.
