We welcome new vendor Simply Rad Granola, who will be with us once per month this season. Wendy Radtke, the founder of RAD Foods, was diagnosed with celiac disease in 2006. At the time, she was traveling a great deal for her job and found it difficult to find nutritious gluten free food on the road, so she began making her own granola to take with her for breakfast and snacks. Curious family, friends and colleagues – celiac and non-celiac – tried her granola and delivered rave reviews, inspiring visions of a business to address the need for a great-tasting, gluten free cereal and snack.
