Nominate an Environmental Conservation Hero TODAY

Do you know someone who has made a significant contribution to improving Portage County’s quality of life through natural resource conservation and environmental awareness and protection? We are seeking nominations for potential awardees to be honored on April 5, 2014. Nominations should include the nominee’s name and contact information, along with a paragraph or two describing his/her/their contribution to environmental conservation in Portage County.
Nominations will be accepted until noon on February 16 (extended from the14th) for awards in the areas of Environmental Education, Green Business, Green Building, Activism and Stewardship.
