Mongoose’s Silver Roadster on the Silver Screen!
One of Mongoose’s performance vehicles, the 1963 Grand Sport, was part of the thrilling blockbuster hit movie, Fast Five! Mongoose built several Grand Sport Roadsters to be used in the movie for scenes that involved jumping out of a train, bouncing across the dessert, and flying off into a ravine. Exact replicas of this amazing Fast Five Roadster can be custom ordered through Mongoose.

Octane Nights – Mark Your Calendar!
Octane Nights is a weekly cruise-in event held on Wednesdays in Ravenna alternating between Mongoose Motorsports and A&W. This is a fun filled evening including food, music, door prizes and, of course, awesome cars. On August 27, Octane Nights will participate in the first ever Portage County Celebration Week (8/20-8/30). The mayor has shut down East Main Street for this special cruise-in event from Mongoose to A&W between 5:00 p.m. and 9:00 p.m. There will be a car show, truck/semi show, tractor show, and the Star Boyz are going to perform along with a couple cars from race teams doing burnouts! You won’t want to miss this exciting community celebration!
Fast Cars and Furry Critters – Mark Your Calendar!
Mongoose Motorsports is hosting a special car show on Saturday, September 13, 2014 that will benefit the Portage APL. Registration starts at 10:00 a.m. and the show hours are from noon until 4:00 p.m. ending with an award presentation. Everyone is welcome! There will be food, entertainment, prizes, and a Chinese auction with ALL of the proceeds going to the Portage APL. Donations are $10.00 to register your car. There will also be a truck waiting to be filled with much needed supplies, such as pet food, paper products, and cleaning products.
