I love making smoothies. A few months ago a purchased the coveted Vitamix and I’ve been making various smoothies since. Don’t have a Vitamix? Don’t worry…any blender will do the trick. This simple smoothie is not only delicious but it’s raw, gluten free, dairy free, and vegan. The best part it tastes like cheesecake.

This smoothie tastes just like the real thing, but it is lower in fat and easier to digest. Perfect if you want to enjoy sweet treats without feeling guilty or bloated afterwards!
