Hiram Police Department Patrolman Hoyle West has been selected at “Hiram Police Department Officer of the Year” by his peers for 2014.
Patrolman West has continually shown that he is willing to go above and beyond and has dedicated himself to serving as a mentor to the other officers of the Hiram Police Department.
West has been assigned at the Hiram Police Department’s Department of Homeland Security Liaison and he is extremely active with Hiram Police Department community programs.
