Emma Marie’s Italiano
“Emma Marie’s is amazing. We have been there about 4 times and it just gets better and better. The Chef is a true artist. Emma Marie’s offers amazing fresh food (love the fish), talented staff and a comfortable atmosphere. I will go again and again. They are a breath of fresh air in this community of fast over processed food.” Trip Advisor

Daybreak Lavender Farm
On the other hand, if Mom is much more comfortable in a quieter rural setting or loves organic homemade and handmade products, then Daybreak Lavender Farm is a must visit boutique.
Everything in their store is hand-made on The Farm. Ask one of the associates to take you on the free Scent Journey to learn which scent family is yours. Sniff everything in sight! Sniffing – and spritzing with their amazing Fresh Lavender Vodka Splash which is always free. Relax in The Toile Lounge and savor their Complementary Lavender Tasting Buffet. Sip some Lavender Chamomile Tea. Savor Lavender Tea Cakes. And swoon over the Lavender & Dark Chocolate Truffles.
The boutique is NOT open on Sundays, so another day trip will need to be planned, but that would be a fun outing for her to look forward to. You can also go online HERE and purchase a gift certificate right then and there and present it to Mom on her day. She can then take her time and look through this incredibly huge website loaded down with all kinds of lavender products. Perhaps a small lavender plant with your little personal note placed among the leaves could accompany the certificate.
