They are dedicated to creating a safe, educational and progressive working environment for their employees, some of whom have disabilities and receive training through Leeda Northeast, Inc.
We’re thrilled to be able to introduce you to one of these dedicated individuals who has been a part of Leeda’s program for the last five years.
Meet Cindy M.!
Cindy is a full time client of Leeda Northeast Monday through Friday.

She has been working at It’s All Fine for a year now and especially enjoys looking up and pricing record albums. Her favorite records are Patti Page songs that she can sing along with.

Cindy says her favorite thing about being a part of the Leeda Day Program is “helping in the store and making craft items to sell.” Her favorite crafts to make so far have been the mushrooms out of plates and firecrackers out of cardboard tubes. She says she doesn’t like the wood projects as much because of all the sanding and she gets blisters!
Handmade Craft Items
When she’s not working, you’ll find her playing with her cat, Oreo, and watching movies at home, her favorites being the Die Hard movies with Bruce Willis. Cindy says Leeda has taught her “that it is important to go to work and to work hard while you are there and to do your job the best that you can do.” The staff adds,”We enjoy having Cindy in the store, and we can always count on her to have a positive attitude and do a good job for us!”
Way to go, Cindy! Thanks so much for being our featured employee at It’s All Fine.
With reasonable prices, superior customer service, and great locations, It’s All Fine has set themselves apart from similar businesses. Why not pay them a visit and see for yourself. And say hello to Cindy!
