“A Night of Hope and Inspiration!”
This is Happy Trails Farm Animal Sanctuary‘s biggest fundraiser of the year which is coming up on Saturday, March 22, at Todaro’s Party Center, 1820 Akron Peninsula Rd., Akron, OH.
What better way to welcome the season than to celebrate the many furry, not-so-furry, and feathered lives that Happy Trails has found homes for or continue to care for at the sanctuary.
This night is designed to inspire, to give hope, to enlighten, and to illustrate the phenomenal amount of work being done through their community outreach and educational programs to address the issues of animal abuse in our society. 100% of the proceeds will benefit the rescued animals and Happy Trails Farm Animal Sanctuary.
“This inspiring evening will highlight stories of how the rescued farm animals that have come through our sanctuary from neglect and abuse situations have impacted and have changed people’s lives. Special guest speakers will share some very personal stories about their connection with Happy Trails. Among our many presenters are author and journalist, Thrity Umrigar; director of Geauga County’s Rescue Village, Hope Brustein; and executive director and founder of Whitehawk Ranch and the Whitehawk Institute For Equine Life Coaching, Rachel Whitehawk-Day; This will be the most inspiring and truly heart-warming evening, and it will become clear as to the impact that a farm animal sanctuary has on the community.” ~ Happy Trails Newsletter
There are ways you can be part of this night of inspiration and purpose even if you cannot attend. Consider donating or sponsoring to help make this event a huge success.
- Donate a gift basket or gift certificates to be used in the Chinese raffle
- Are you a business? Become a Lottery Tree Sponsor! This is a great way to get your business or company involved in supporting Happy Trails! Choose to sponsor the lottery tree, and create a “tree” covered in lottery tickets, which will be raffled off at the event.
- How would you like to become a Dessert Partner and donate a plate of animal-friendly (vegan) desserts, we would welcome your support?
- Partner with Happy Trails as a co-host to present the area’s largest animal rescue fundraiser of the year!
- Donate a bottle of wine (or several bottles) of wine for the ‘Wine Pull’, one of the fun, frivolous things to participate in. Wine should be worth a minimum of $10, and be animal-friendly (vegan).
BUY TICKETS EARLY!Most Happy Trails events normally sell out, so before the official invitations are sent in the mail, you can purchase your tickets early with a Save-The-Date flier. Tickets are only $55 per person and are now on sale through the Happy Trails website. Doors open at 5 pm, with more details of the evening being posted on the website and announced in email updates. So sign up for the newsletter if you haven’t already! You’ll see the sign up right on the home page of the website.
