Think your recipe has the perfect ingredients to take home the CASH prize in a cook-off competition?

Are you a chili lover?
Are you up for a round of chili eating to help determine who’s worthy of the coveted People’s Choice award ?

We want you!

In celebration of Developmental Disability Awareness Month with this year’s theme of “Ability at Work,” Leeda Northeast will be hosting this fabulous family fun event at It’s All Fine in Warren.

Chili Cook-Off & Silent Auction
3581 Youngstown Road
Warren OH

March 15, 2014
11 am – 2 pm

Leeda Northeast, located in Rootstown, Ohio, is a residential and day service provider for individuals with developmental disabilities (DD). Our goal is to promote independence while learning important skills necessary for employment which is made available through our two It’s All Fine shops. Along with the excellent care provided, we offer recreational opportunities for residents through Trips Ahoy, our non-profit organization, which gives folks the chance to experience vacations, parties, and other fun activities.

The chili cook-off is a major fundraiser for these activities and you can help – while enjoying every minute of it!

We need lots of chefs to share their favorite chili and lots of eaters to consume it!

Donations to assist with prizes are also being sought. Ideas include golf course and restaurant certificates, movie passes, gift baskets, hair salon offers, recreational facility coupons etc. – any of these and others would be much appreciated. This is a great way to give your business exposure as well.

For those interested, information will be set up in support of individuals with developmental disabilities along with information regarding employment. The friendly staff from Leeda will be on hand to answer any questions regarding DD and what their facility offers. Other area representatives will also be present to help you navigate the world of services available including Ed Stark, Superintendent of Trumbull County Board of DD.

Plus, you can browse the fine selection of gently used items and handmade gifts that It’s All Fine carries!

All members of the community are welcome! Help us make our March 15 Chili Cook-Off a savory success for all!
