“Ever had ramen – I mean REAL ramen?” asked Katrina. “Incredibly rich meat stock made from local pork and beef bones, fatback, onion, green onion, lemongrass, garlic and ginger with homemade buckweat (gluten free) noodles, some shredded pork shoulder, a soft boiled egg, and garnished with green onion. That’s what you’ll find at the market this week!”
Real Ramen (buckwheat gluten free noodles made by me, in an incredibly flavorful meat broth, with sprouts, a soft boiled egg, and green onion) $5
Pork/Chicken/Veggie Stir Fry (local meat stir fried with green pepper, local cabbage, broccoli, onion, ginger, garlic, and soy sauce) $5

The market runs from 10 a.m. – 1 p.m. at the United Methodist Church of Kent in Pierson Hall at the back of the church campus at 1435 E. Main St. Kent.
