The Blazin’ Bills family of staff and patrons was deeply affected by the events of March 22, 2014 in Garrettsville, partly because of the fire that consumed their own restaurant in 2004. That fire not only taught the Blazin’ Bills family about the destruction and sadness a fire can bring, but also about the rebirth which can be achieved through perseverance. That rebirth, which took place nearly 10 years ago for Blazin’ Bills, was only possible with tremendous support from the community.
In the same spirit, Blazin’ Bills, in conjunction with Rotary District 6630, hosted a 50/50 night to raise funds to support the Garrettsville Chamber of Commerce in their rebuilding process.
Their fundraiser, which was held on April 23, 2014, was a huge success!
Joyce Piteo, owner of Blazin’ Bill’s, reported a total of $3,500 for the #GarrettsvilleStrong fund. A huge thank you to Joyce and the wonderful staff at Blazin’ Bills!
