Paws for Golf is one of the Portage Animal Protective League’s biggest fundraisers!
Each year the APL cares for approximately 1,000 animals. As a 501 (c) (3) tax-exempt organization, the shelter is funded entirely by the voluntary contributions of individuals, businesses, and foundations in the community in the form of cash donations, bequests, trusts, endowments, and through adoption and surrender fees. The Portage APL receives no government support for general operating expenses. Paws for Golf is a significant event for the raising of these funds – and you can be a part while having a great time out on the Sugar Bush Golf Club’s beautiful course!
The animals need you and hope you’ll come! They promise to be thankful and say that there are prizes to be awarded, too!
The $100 per golfer fee includes 18 holes of golf, cart, lunch, BBQ dinner, gift bag, cash prizes, skill prizes, door prizes, and beverages.
