Kent is always hopping with exciting things to do and how many of us know that Kent is the place too be when it comes to creativity and the arts! For 21 years now, the Kent Parks and Recreation Department has hosted a fine art festival in Fred Fuller Park located on 497 Middlebury Rd in Kent.

On Saturday, September 6, from 10:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. and Sunday, the 7th, from 11:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m., this park will be bursting with activity! You can listen to talented musicians on two stages, view the work of gifted artists, eat gourmet foods, kids can play the role of artist in the children’s art area, a youth artist tent displays amazing work of the young people. Booths will display photography, paintings, artful apparel, ceramics and pottery, drawings, jewelry, glasswork, metal and wood.
