- 1 c. Mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1 (8 oz) package cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 c. light mayo
- 3 clove garlic, crushed
- 1 (14,5 oz) can Contandina Petite Diced Tomatoes, drained
In a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese with hand mixer until creamy. Stir in Mozzarella cheese, mayo, garlic and tomatoes. Mix until well combined.
Spread in a glass pie dish or 8×8 glass dish prepared with non-stick cooking spray.
Bake at 425 degrees for 16-18 minutes, or until the top is golden brown.
