“I now know why people have voted this place the 2nd best steak place in N.E. Ohio. THE STEAK IS AWESOME!!! After being told, time and time again how wonderful this place is, hubby and I decide to head the warnings and we came when they first opened. You must come when they first open because by 4:30 they were developing a waiting line. Hubby and I were the youngest people in the joint at this time, but I’m not here to socialize. I’m here for some good steak and got it! You first enter and there is a coat rack on the left and the hostess straight ahead. Older decor, but quaint. Quiet dining with a full bar on the right with a big screen TV. We were seated promptly and discovered that their lemonade is made fresh everyday and their salad dressings are made in house with the exception of their Vidalia Onion dressing.
If you order steak, and I did, you get a side, a soup or salad, and fresh bread with butter. I ordered the 8 oz New York Strip with a baked potato and garden salad. LOVED IT ALL! The bread came out toasty warm with butter. The salad greens were fresh and crispy. Crisp, cool cucumber, spinach, lettuce with red onion rings, red pepper wedge and a pickled beet. I ordered the Raspberry Vinegarette with it and was NOT disappointed. My steak came out hot and as ordered MEDIUM!!!! Pink and bloody and it tasted brilliant. My potato was hot and mushy on the inside and served with butter and sour cream on the side. YUMMY!!!
I could not even order dessert I was so full! I must go back for their Lemon Drop Cheesecake.”
