3 ingredient cookies

Believe it! Just three ingredients are needed to make these yummy, soft and chewy cookies. This recipe is a perfect go to for when you need a quick cookie as an after school snack, sharing with the ladies over coffee or tea, or that next football party with friends and family.

For those who are not a fan of baking you now have a quick, easy, and delicious cookie recipe. So, the next time someone asks you to bake cookies for the next school or church fundraiser, you can say, “Sure no problem, I would be happy to bake!”

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup of white sugar
  • 1 cup of creamy peanut butter
  • 1 egg

Directions:

Preheat the oven to 350.

Stir the ingredients together until well blended.

Roll into 1″ balls

Roll the balls in white sugar to lightly coat (optional)

Place on a cookie sheet

Press down with the back of a fork to form the crisscross pattern on top.

Bake for 10-12 minutes, till lightly browned.

Allow your cookies to cool on the cookie sheet for a couple of minutes, and then move your cookies to a wire rack to cool.

This recipe makes 2 dozen delicious peanut butter cookies.
