Ingredients:
- 1 cup of white sugar
- 1 cup of creamy peanut butter
- 1 egg
Directions:
Preheat the oven to 350.
Stir the ingredients together until well blended.
Roll into 1″ balls
Roll the balls in white sugar to lightly coat (optional)
Place on a cookie sheet
Press down with the back of a fork to form the crisscross pattern on top.
Bake for 10-12 minutes, till lightly browned.
Allow your cookies to cool on the cookie sheet for a couple of minutes, and then move your cookies to a wire rack to cool.
