The National Bicycle and Pedestrian Documentation Project will take place on September 18-20.
One of the greatest challenges facing the bicycle and pedestrian field is the lack of documentation on usage and demand. This documentation project provides a consistent model of data collection and ongoing data for use by planners, governments, and bicycle and pedestrian professionals.
A Volunteer Orientation & Training will be held on September 2 from 5:30 – 6 p.m. at the Portage Park District Office, 705 Oakwood St. Suite G-4, Ravenna. The project sites span across the trails within Portage County under the jurisdiction of Portage Park District.
